Translation of standard documents

Standard documents are template-based (often personal) documents of individuals. They are translated based on the available samples and standards, since the main aspect of such work is a precise and accurate conveyance of the original data (this includes the full name, date of birth, personal data, settlements and events). Therefore, such translations undergo thorough proofreading, both before and after notarization.

The translation of standard documents requires a certain qualification of employees; therefore, not every agency undertakes this type of work. We are ready to perform not only the translation, but also its notarization for you, as these types of services are often inseparable from each other. We also certify our translations with a seal.

The standard documents are:

• passport of a citizen (including the vehicle registration certificate);
• various certificates (birth, marriage/divorce, change of surname/name, death certificates etc.);
• all kinds of certificates of the established form (income, employment, study, family composition, criminal record certificates, etc.);
• documents on education (diploma, certificate, as well as transcripts and annexes thereto)
• driver’s license;
• military ID card;
• various extracts from the state registry (on registration of title to real estate, a household register, bank statements etc.);

The documents NOT classified as standard are:

• contracts and agreements;
• powers of attorney and letters of guarantee (including business and financial correspondence);

• technical documents (datasheets, manuals, etc.);
• education documents issued abroad;
• cards (employment record cards, student’s record books etc.).

Since the cost of translating standard documents depends on the number of characters in the document, we suggest that you check the OpenSpace Translation Agency’s calculation system and rules of document presentation for translation:

• The documents are submitted in person, by courier to our company’s office, or by e-mail. In this case, we immediately inform the cost of the work and the completion deadline.
• If you prefer electronic submission, please, provide high-quality scanned copies (with at least 250 dpi resolution in jpg, jpeg or pdf).
