Certificate of good conduct

A certificate of good contact is a standard document issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Ukraine on the basis of data on the absence/availability of information on the current or past criminal prosecution/administrative liability based on the court judgment, as well as on the absence/availability of information that a person is wanted by the state. It is a strict reporting form with a series and number entered into the registry of the issuing authority. It can be used both in Ukraine and abroad.

Certificate of good conduct is usually submitted upon request upon registration of:

• Guardianship (custody) of minor children, opening a family-type orphanage.
• Documents to the social security authorities.
• Travel documents, visas.
• Residence permit in a foreign country.
• Citizenship in a foreign state.
• Employment documents.
• Permits to carry firearms/cold arms or handle the explosives.
• Permits to handle the psychotropic agents, narcotic drugs or precursors.
• Documents to the military commissariat.
• Documents to obtain any type of license.
• Recovery of any lost document.
• Bidding

The certificate of good conduct has a limited validity period, from 10 calendar days to 3 months, depending on where the document is submitted. Since this certificate can be obtained without being present in Ukraine, you can provide it to us for translation in the form of a scanned copy in jpg, jpeg or pdf format with at least 250 dpi resolution, as well as a scanned copy of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine, in the same format, for the correct writing of personal data.
